Y YOU ASK?

Complaint Girl™’s creator is a “y” person and she’s a big fan of others who ask why as well.  If you think about it, asking why is the foundation of learning.  Toddlers ask why and so should you.  Never stop asking why. 

The “why” behind Complaint Girl™ is actually quite simple.  Complaint Girl™ is a real person and that real person has a real job.  As a marketing consultant with a serious dedication to customer service, one of her available services is team training.  For over six years she oversaw the staff training of 2,000 team members in an annual program at the largest entertainment arena in the world.  That experience instilled in her a belief that customers should always be placed first and that proper training is the key in assuring that the customer first notion will happen. 

Well one day, she figured that while she’s being paid by businesses to clean up their end of the deal, why not help the consumers with their end as well?  Poof!  Complaint Girl™!  The idea was like a dream come true.  For the businesses who don’t hire her, and subsequently don’t offer the smashing level of customer service that she provides in her team training, she can still offer help to the poor consumers who are wronged by said businesses as a result of not hiring her!  Clever, isn’t it?  She thought so.  And here we are.
